Sabeen Mian currently serves as President of the Lash Division at Performance Beauty Group where she oversees several innovative brands, including Lilly Lashes, Velour Beauty and FlutterHabit. At Performance Beauty Group, she combines her passion and expertise in omni-channel commercial leadership and strategic brand development and leverages her robust background in the industry, having held pivotal roles as President at Beauty Pie and as SVP/GM of Brand Incubation, SVP/GM of Subscription and SVP of Merchandising at IPSY. Sabeen’s experiences have deepened her passion for building and scaling brands and driving consumer engagement and loyalty. She has built brands from the ground up, accelerated omnichannel expansion across DTC, wholesale, and Amazon, and optimized established businesses for long-term success. 

Her career—anchored by an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Dual BA in Economics and Public Policy from Duke University, and an early foundation in investment banking—underscores her commitment to tackling complex challenges, building iconic brands, and driving meaningful impact.
