Impact Report

A Year of Impact

MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT & CEO

Dear Friends,

2024 was a defining year for Delivering Good—one that clearly demonstrated the extraordinary impact we can achieve when generosity, partnership, and purpose come together.

Thanks to the unwavering support of donors, brands, retailers, and community partners like you, we expanded our reach, deepened relationships, and touched more lives than ever before. This year alone, we distributed more than 10 million units of new product, supporting over 1,000 nonprofit partners and the communities they serve across the country. Each delivery represented more than essential goods—it provided dignity, comfort, and hope at moments when they were needed most.

At the heart of this progress were powerful partnerships that brought our
mission to life in meaningful and personal ways. One especially moving example was our collaboration with American Eagle Outfitters, where 25 young individuals were invited to participate in the AEO Holiday Gathering—a private shopping experience at the American Eagle store in New York City. Each young person received a $250 gift card, empowering them to choose clothing and essentials for themselves. The result was more than a shopping trip—it was an experience that built confidence, restored self-esteem, and created lasting memories.

This commitment was further strengthened by the generosity of the Aerie Real Foundation, which awarded a $100,000 Signature Grant on World Kindness Day, followed by an additional $100,000 grant from the AE Foundation on Giving Tuesday. In total, AEO donated 1.2 million new American Eagle and Aerie products in 2024—its largest in-kind contribution to Delivering Good since 2018—dramatically expanding our ability to serve individuals and families in need.

We also saw tremendous momentum across our broader partner network.
Longstanding supporters continued to step up, allowing us to strengthen
relationships and broaden our collective impact. From holiday toy drives and
hygiene product donations to innovative customer round-up campaigns,
partners like Madewell helped demonstrate the power of everyday generosity. Madewell’s ongoing round-up campaign, including its first-ever holiday activation with Delivering Good, raised more than $100,000 and resulted in the donation of thousands of pairs of jeans—showing what’s possible when customers are invited to be part of the solution.

We are deeply grateful to Burlington Stores for their generous donation of 50,000 new coats, providing warmth and protection to individuals during the coldest months of the year—an essential reminder that practical support can be truly life-changing.

Throughout the year, we also came together to celebrate, reflect, and inspire one another. Our Women of Impact Summit featured extraordinary leaders, including Fern Mallis, Founder of New York Fashion Week, and Cynthia Rowley, Designer and Founder, who shared insights on leadership, creativity, and purpose. In October, our Gala, An Evening of Delivering Good, honored remarkable individuals whose leadership and generosity embody our mission, including Dr. Joyce F. Brown, President of FIT; Abbey Doneger, Doneger | Tobe; Prashant Agrawal, Founder and CEO of Impact Analytics; Brieane Olson, CEO of PacSun; and John Pomerantz, Retired Chairman of the Board of The Leslie Fay Companies.

We began the year with our Community Partner Impact Summit, a powerful reminder of the tireless work our nonprofit partners do every day in
the communities they serve. Together, these moments allowed us to reflect on
our shared accomplishments and set the stage for what comes next.

Looking ahead to 2025 and our 40th anniversary, we are filled with optimism and determination. With ongoing disaster relief efforts, the continued expansion of initiatives like our Basic Comforts Pack, and new opportunities to engage brands, donors, and communities, we are poised to grow our impact even further—supporting individuals facing both crisis and everyday hardship.

Thank you for your continued partnership, generosity, and belief in our
mission. Together, we are creating lasting, positive change—and transforming lives every step of the way.

With heartfelt appreciation,

Matthew Fasciano

Voices From Our Community

Responding to the California Wildfires

In the wake of the devastating wildfires in California, we worked with six of our community partners in LA to provide much-needed support and relief for the thousands of families and individuals who were affected. Thank you to Amity Foundation of California, Central City Neighborhood Partners, World Vision, Foothill Unity Center, Shelter Partnership, and Heart of Compassion. These community partners are working on the front lines to provide support for people facing both immediate and long-term challenges, and thanks to the generosity of our brand partners, we secured over $14 million worth of merchandise - more than 800,000 units - to support these communities. Delivering Good is so grateful that we were able to work with them to provide that much-needed support during and after the California wildfires.

Delivering Comfort with Caring For Others and Bombas

In February, Samantha Moreno, our Director of Nonprofit Partnerships, and Casey Cates, Senior Manager of Nonprofit Partnerships, traveled to Atlanta, Georgia to partner with Caring for Others and Bombas for an incredible initiative we undertake each year - sorting and shipping 450,000 pairs of donated socks as part of our larger One Million Pairs of Socks campaign. This hands-on experience not only helped distribute much-needed essentials but also deepened their understanding of the logistics and dedication that make our mission possible. These campaigns, like our One Million Pairs of Socks and Bra Campaign, go beyond just providing comfort and dignity to those in need - they also help brands find meaningful places for their excess merchandise, ensuring that nothing goes to waste.

Relief after the Texas Floods

During the summer, devastating flash floods took place across Texas, North Carolina, and New York. In Texas alone, more than 130 lives were lost, with over 100 people reported missing – in addition, billions of dollars of damage. Working with organizations like United Cajun Navy, World Vision, Children’s Hunger Fund, and Texas Diaper Bank, we have helped get critical items directly into the hands of those impacted. These items included new apparel, socks, backpacks, and hygiene kits. This work was made possible by the generous support of brands and individuals who step up again and again in times of crisis.

Delivering Good Partnerships

Leading Impact

After becoming a DG partner in 2024, J. Crew Group donated more than $7 million in product value and 90,000 units of merchandise as of 2025, making an impact on thousands of individuals and families across the country.

J. Crew Group brand Madewell donated $50,000 to DG during the holiday season. They also gave customers a chance to donate to DG in-store at checkout, which generated more than $100,000 in customer donations.

Partnerships like these unite brands, customers, and nonprofits under the common goal of giving back, and doing good. These donations extend the life of products by getting them into the hands of people that need them, while engaging J. Crew Group’s customer base in an incredibly meaningful way.

Consumer Engagement

Together with longtime partner Cuddl Duds, we celebrated National Hug Day. All people had to do was comment on Cuddl Duds' post on social media, and they would donate an item of clothing to DG. Cuddl Duds donated 485 cozy items valued at $17,594! The items went to support families through RISE NJ and Child Care Resource Center CA - helping keep women, men, and children warm and comfortable during the cold season. This campaign raised awareness about DG, connecting Cuddl Duds’ brand values to their customers’ desire to contribute to and engage with social causes.

Giving Back

In September, we partnered with Ralph Lauren for a charitable shopping event. For a couple days, 10% of purchases made at select stores were donated to Delivering Good, helping us further our mission of providing people with new, essential items that support dignity, renew hope, and open doors to opportunity.

This partnership allowed for Ralph Lauren to connect their customers with the opportunity to give back, and for Delivering Good to deepen our ability and capacity to fulfill our mission.

Industry Support

In 2025, DG was the charity of choice at Licensing Expo and the ABC Kids Expo. We were able to work with the show and the exhibitors and brands to make a sustainable and social impact with their merchandise at the conclusion of the trade shows. All of the merchandise donated after both shows went to our partner Dream Center, which serves families and children in the Las Vegas area.

We were also the charity of choice at both CommerceNext and The Lead Summit in 2025. Both conferences allowed DG to share our mission with a wide range of brands and retail leaders, raising awareness about the need for new merchandise and how companies can make an impact.

Product Donors

Delivering Good is only able to provide support and relief for people dealing with an array of social and disaster-related issues because of the generosity of our product donors who choose to donate their excess merchandise instead of discarding or destroying it. Because we sit at the crossroads of social impact and environmental sustainability, Delivering Good provides companies with a responsible way to deal with their excess that has tremendous social impact.

In 2025 our brand partners donated more than 10.3 million units of new merchandise valued at $181 million. This generosity helped keep children warm with new winter coats, helped individuals reentering the workplace present themselves professionally, ensured underserved children had new school supplies, provided clean socks and underwear for victims of natural disasters, and much, much more.
