Impact Report

A Year of Impact

MESSAGE FROM THE BOARD CHAIR

In 2025, we celebrated 40 years of Delivering Good—four decades of turning generosity into meaningful impact. Since our founding, we have helped bring more than $3 billion in new product to communities in need. This milestone is a testament to what is possible when businesses, donors, community partners, and people come together around a shared purpose.

In 2025 alone, Delivering Good distributed more than 10.3 million units through our network of community partners across the country and beyond. That included 600,000+ pairs of socks, 80,000+ bras, and 600,000 home goods, including bedding and furniture. Behind every number is a person who received something new at a moment when it mattered.

We are also expanding how businesses can be part of this work. From product and financial support to workplace giving, employee engagement, and cause partnerships, we are creating more ways for companies to invest in impact across their business. That investment helps us think bigger, reach more people, and deliver more where it is needed most.

Our 40th anniversary was also an opportunity to honor the people who started it all. We celebrated our founders and their vision for Delivering Good, recognizing that the organization they created four decades ago has grown into a national network delivering billions of dollars in essential products to millions of people. Their belief in the power of business to do good continues to shape our work today.

None of these numbers happen on their own. Brands, retailers, manufacturers, donors, businesses, and community partners are the engine behind this work. They make it possible to turn new products into something much bigger: dignity, comfort, confidence, and hope for people facing hardship.

And we are not done. Our North Star is clear: reach 50 million people by 2035. Reaching that goal will require all of us—more businesses, more donors, more partners, and new ideas for how we can turn generosity into even greater impact.

After 40 years, we have much to celebrate. But I believe our greatest impact is still ahead.

Thank you for being part of it.

MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT & CEO

Dear DG Community,

2025 was a year of tremendous growth for Delivering Good. Thanks to the generosity and partnership of our donors, brands, retailers, and community partners, we expanded our impact further than ever before in our 40-year history.

At the heart of the millions of units we donated last year is a simple mission: helping people facing hardship and disaster move forward with dignity, hope, comfort, and stability. Whether someone is re-entering the workforce, recovering from a disaster, or experiencing homelessness, essential items can make an immediate difference. Through our community partners, new products reach people who need them most—from clothing and hygiene distributions to holiday giving and disaster response. Together, we turn excess product into opportunity and impact.

We all watched the devastation unfold across Los Angeles at the beginning of 2025. The wildfires were unlike anything we had seen, destroying homes and leaving thousands facing unimaginable loss.

We went to LA and met with people and communities affected by the fires. Being there and handing someone brand-new, quality merchandise when they had lost nearly everything is an experience I will never forget.

This is where our mission matters most. In moments of unimaginable loss, we can provide something tangible: comfort, dignity, and one less thing to worry about as people begin to rebuild their lives.

As we move through 2026, we are energized by what is underway and what comes next. The GOOD Index is taking shape, helping us better understand and measure the impact we create together. We are also building on our Basic Comforts Pack initiative with partners investing in disaster preparedness, expanding our ability to prepare essential items in advance and respond quickly when disasters strike.

And through our Capacity Building Program, we are investing in the nonprofit organizations at the heart of our work—strengthening their ability to serve their communities and respond to changing needs.

Our focus is simple: deliver more to the people who need it, measure our impact, prepare for what’s ahead, and invest in the partners and communities we serve.

The greatest impact happens when we bring our strengths together. Thank you for being part of Delivering Good and for believing in what we can accomplish together. There is so much more we can do.

With immense gratitude,

Matthew Fasciano

Voices From Our Community

Responding to the California Wildfires

In the wake of the devastating wildfires in California, we worked with six of our community partners in LA to provide much-needed support and relief for the thousands of families and individuals who were affected. Thank you to Amity Foundation of California, Central City Neighborhood Partners, World Vision, Foothill Unity Center, Shelter Partnership, and Heart of Compassion. These community partners are working on the front lines to provide support for people facing both immediate and long-term challenges, and thanks to the generosity of our brand partners, we secured over $14 million worth of merchandise - more than 800,000 units - to support these communities. Delivering Good is so grateful that we were able to work with them to provide that much-needed support during and after the California wildfires.

Delivering Comfort with Caring For Others and Bombas

In February, Samantha Moreno, our Director of Nonprofit Partnerships, and Casey Cates, Senior Manager of Nonprofit Partnerships, traveled to Atlanta, Georgia to partner with Caring for Others and Bombas for an incredible initiative we undertake each year - sorting and shipping 450,000 pairs of donated socks as part of our larger One Million Pairs of Socks campaign. This hands-on experience not only helped distribute much-needed essentials but also deepened their understanding of the logistics and dedication that make our mission possible. These campaigns, like our One Million Pairs of Socks and Bra Campaign, go beyond just providing comfort and dignity to those in need - they also help brands find meaningful places for their excess merchandise, ensuring that nothing goes to waste.

Relief after the Texas Floods

During the summer, devastating flash floods took place across Texas, North Carolina, and New York. In Texas alone, more than 130 lives were lost, with over 100 people reported missing – in addition, billions of dollars of damage. Working with organizations like United Cajun Navy, World Vision, Children’s Hunger Fund, and Texas Diaper Bank, we have helped get critical items directly into the hands of those impacted. These items included new apparel, socks, backpacks, and hygiene kits. This work was made possible by the generous support of brands and individuals who step up again and again in times of crisis.

Delivering Good Partnerships

Leading Impact

After becoming a DG partner in 2024, J. Crew Group donated more than $7 million in product value and 90,000 units of merchandise as of 2025, making an impact on thousands of individuals and families across the country.

J. Crew Group brand Madewell donated $50,000 to DG during the holiday season. They also gave customers a chance to donate to DG in-store at checkout, which generated more than $100,000 in customer donations.

Partnerships like these unite brands, customers, and nonprofits under the common goal of giving back, and doing good. These donations extend the life of products by getting them into the hands of people that need them, while engaging J. Crew Group’s customer base in an incredibly meaningful way.

Consumer Engagement

Together with longtime partner Cuddl Duds, we celebrated National Hug Day. All people had to do was comment on Cuddl Duds' post on social media, and they would donate an item of clothing to DG. Cuddl Duds donated 485 cozy items valued at $17,594! The items went to support families through RISE NJ and Child Care Resource Center CA - helping keep women, men, and children warm and comfortable during the cold season. This campaign raised awareness about DG, connecting Cuddl Duds’ brand values to their customers’ desire to contribute to and engage with social causes.

Giving Back

In September, we partnered with Ralph Lauren for a charitable shopping event. For a couple days, 10% of purchases made at select stores were donated to Delivering Good, helping us further our mission of providing people with new, essential items that support dignity, renew hope, and open doors to opportunity.

This partnership allowed for Ralph Lauren to connect their customers with the opportunity to give back, and for Delivering Good to deepen our ability and capacity to fulfill our mission.

Industry Support

In 2025, DG was the charity of choice at Licensing Expo and the ABC Kids Expo. We were able to work with the show and the exhibitors and brands to make a sustainable and social impact with their merchandise at the conclusion of the trade shows. All of the merchandise donated after both shows went to our partner Dream Center, which serves families and children in the Las Vegas area.

We were also the charity of choice at both CommerceNext and The Lead Summit in 2025. Both conferences allowed DG to share our mission with a wide range of brands and retail leaders, raising awareness about the need for new merchandise and how companies can make an impact.

Product Donors

Delivering Good is only able to provide support and relief for people dealing with an array of social and disaster-related issues because of the generosity of our product donors who choose to donate their excess merchandise instead of discarding or destroying it. Because we sit at the crossroads of social impact and environmental sustainability, Delivering Good provides companies with a responsible way to deal with their excess that has tremendous social impact.

In 2025 our brand partners donated more than 10.3 million units of new merchandise valued at $181 million. This generosity helped keep children warm with new winter coats, helped individuals reentering the workplace present themselves professionally, ensured underserved children had new school supplies, provided clean socks and underwear for victims of natural disasters, and much, much more.
