Tennille Kopiaz, CEO, Frederic Fekkai

Tennille Kopiasz has over 25 years of beauty marketing experience across prestige, designer &mass brands, having held positions in both global developmental
and US executional operational roles, with expertise across multiple product categories including cosmetics, fragrance, skincare & hair.
Ms. Kopiasz is currently Chief Executive Officer of Blue Mistral, overseeing both the FEKKAI & Bastide brands, portfolio companies of Cornell Capital. Her
objective is to clearly position & define the global strategy roadmap for the long-term growth of FEKKAI, positioning it for future global success amongst the
highly competitive & dynamic luxury hair category.
Ms. Kopiasz spent 9 years at LVMH, where she was Global Chief Marketing Officer at Fresh. Here she was responsible for developing the global brand vision & long-term roadmap, accelerating across brand, distribution & consumer levers including brand equity, digital acceleration, core product focus, sustainability, culture/organization, with people at the heart. Also at LVMH, Tennille worked at Dior as the Senior Vice President of North America Marketing where she was responsible for managing & developing the future vision of the Dior business, closing the gap verses the global leadership position it holds worldwide. She orchestrated the local execution of House’s creations, spanning everything from the go-to market of products, in-store to media, digital & ecommerce securing
the successful trajectory. Prior to LVMH, Tennille was at Coty Prestige managing their extensive portfolio of fragrance brands in the US, positioning Coty as top
3 in the prestige fragrance segment. Tennille began her career at L’Oréal USA & has proven her success in working within a corporate culture that is a profound
mix of business analytics combined with the ability to think creatively. Over her 16-year tenure, she worked on various brands in the L’Oréal portfolio including
L’Oréal Paris, Giorgio Armani, Ralph Lauren, Maybelline New York & Lancôme.
Tennille is a graduate of Fashion Institute of Technology’s Master of Professional Studies & Bachelor of Science degree program in Cosmetic and Fragrance
Marketing & Management. She currently sits on the advisory board of the program as the first alumni to take on this role, as well as the Bachelor’s degree
board & the FIDM Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising board. She is an adjunct Professor at FIT co-teaching Advanced Topics in Leadership & is actively
involved in their mentor program as she strongly supports developing the next generation of beauty talent and female leadership.
Tennille currently resides in Larchmont, New York with her husband Seth Huber and her 9-year-old son Colin.
