Barma is an experienced retail leader with extensive experience in Corporate Finance and in Transformational projects with a breadth of global business, finance, risk mitigation and technology expertise. Barma leads the Finance Strategic Projects team in enabling horizontal transformational projects and ongoing initiatives that will drive enterprise-wide efficiency, effectiveness, increased cost savings, accelerate sales growth, reduce working capital, and build new capabilities.

Barma has +20 years of experience successfully leading complex customer-centric transformations, driving P&L productivity, balancing risk, leading innovation, and driving revenue growth at Fortune 500 firms like LVMH brands, Ralph Lauren.

Barma has a passion for mentoring and developing talent, teaching her own brand of grit and gratitude. These efforts positioned her to lead the Hispanic Connection Mentorship Program at ELC where she transformed the initiative for the company, bringing attention to disparities in leadership and developing awareness programs to benefit the Hispanic Community in and outside the workforce.

She also participates in several external group mentorship programs at the high School / college levels.
