With more than 40 years of experience in the fashion, retail, and nonprofit sectors, Karen Bromley is the Founder of The Bromley Group, a respected public relations and event production agency specializing in fashion, lifestyle, footwear, and childrenswear brands. Throughout her career, she has partnered with leading companies across the apparel, footwear, and retail industries, building a reputation for creating impactful events, strategic partnerships, and meaningful philanthropic initiatives. 

Karen is also recognized for her longstanding commitment to charitable and community-based work. She was a founding force behind Delivering Good, originally established as KIDS – Kids In Distressed Situations – an organization dedicated to providing new apparel, toys, footwear, and juvenile products to individuals and families facing poverty, homelessness, and disaster relief situations. In 2025, Delivering Good celebrated its 40th anniversary, having distributed more than $3 billion in new merchandise to those in need. 

An active leader and advocate within both the fashion and nonprofit communities, Karen has served on numerous boards and continues to dedicate her expertise to causes that support underserved populations. Over the years, she has produced and supported fundraising initiatives that have raised several million dollars for organizations including Education Through Music, The Alzheimer’s Association, ADAPT Community Network, Temple Israel of Catskill, Runway of Dreams, and Autism Speaks, among others. 

Today, Karen divides her time between pro bono initiatives, producing special fundraising events, consulting on philanthropic projects, and serving on nonprofit and community boards, continuing a career defined by creativity, leadership, and service.
