Michelle leads Mastercard’s commercial efforts for 400+ Security Solutions, Business & Market Insights, Consumer Acquisition & Engagement and Open Finance Products/Software Platforms through 1500+ client relationships across segments: Issuers, Retailers, Restaurants, Digital Partners, Fintechs, Manufacturers, Travel & Hospitality, Public-Sector and Channel Partners. Michelle manages a team of 250+ talented Business Development professionals.  

Michelle joined Mastercard via the 2015 acquisition of Applied Predictive Technologies (APT), where she had been since 2004 in senior level sales roles. Michelle has over two decades of experience driving robust customer relationships across Retail, Restaurants, Financial Services and Consumer Goods.  

Michelle holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, and served on the Penn Fund Executive Board (UPenn's Fundraising Board) from 2016-2022. Additionally, Michelle has chaired her 5th, 10th, 15th and 20th class reunions.
