Impact Report

A Year of Impact

MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT & CEO

Dear Friends,

2024 was a defining year for Delivering Good—one that clearly demonstrated the extraordinary impact we can achieve when generosity, partnership, and purpose come together.

Thanks to the unwavering support of donors, brands, retailers, and community partners like you, we expanded our reach, deepened relationships, and touched more lives than ever before. This year alone, we distributed more than 10 million units of new product, supporting over 1,000 nonprofit partners and the communities they serve across the country. Each delivery represented more than essential goods—it provided dignity, comfort, and hope at moments when they were needed most.

At the heart of this progress were powerful partnerships that brought our
mission to life in meaningful and personal ways. One especially moving example was our collaboration with American Eagle Outfitters, where 25 young individuals were invited to participate in the AEO Holiday Gathering—a private shopping experience at the American Eagle store in New York City. Each young person received a $250 gift card, empowering them to choose clothing and essentials for themselves. The result was more than a shopping trip—it was an experience that built confidence, restored self-esteem, and created lasting memories.

This commitment was further strengthened by the generosity of the Aerie Real Foundation, which awarded a $100,000 Signature Grant on World Kindness Day, followed by an additional $100,000 grant from the AE Foundation on Giving Tuesday. In total, AEO donated 1.2 million new American Eagle and Aerie products in 2024—its largest in-kind contribution to Delivering Good since 2018—dramatically expanding our ability to serve individuals and families in need.

We also saw tremendous momentum across our broader partner network.
Longstanding supporters continued to step up, allowing us to strengthen
relationships and broaden our collective impact. From holiday toy drives and
hygiene product donations to innovative customer round-up campaigns,
partners like Madewell helped demonstrate the power of everyday generosity. Madewell’s ongoing round-up campaign, including its first-ever holiday activation with Delivering Good, raised more than $100,000 and resulted in the donation of thousands of pairs of jeans—showing what’s possible when customers are invited to be part of the solution.

We are deeply grateful to Burlington Stores for their generous donation of 50,000 new coats, providing warmth and protection to individuals during the coldest months of the year—an essential reminder that practical support can be truly life-changing.

Throughout the year, we also came together to celebrate, reflect, and inspire one another. Our Women of Impact Summit featured extraordinary leaders, including Fern Mallis, Founder of New York Fashion Week, and Cynthia Rowley, Designer and Founder, who shared insights on leadership, creativity, and purpose. In October, our Gala, An Evening of Delivering Good, honored remarkable individuals whose leadership and generosity embody our mission, including Dr. Joyce F. Brown, President of FIT; Abbey Doneger, Doneger | Tobe; Prashant Agrawal, Founder and CEO of Impact Analytics; Brieane Olson, CEO of PacSun; and John Pomerantz, Retired Chairman of the Board of The Leslie Fay Companies.

We began the year with our Community Partner Impact Summit, a powerful reminder of the tireless work our nonprofit partners do every day in
the communities they serve. Together, these moments allowed us to reflect on
our shared accomplishments and set the stage for what comes next.

Looking ahead to 2025 and our 40th anniversary, we are filled with optimism and determination. With ongoing disaster relief efforts, the continued expansion of initiatives like our Basic Comforts Pack, and new opportunities to engage brands, donors, and communities, we are poised to grow our impact even further—supporting individuals facing both crisis and everyday hardship.

Thank you for your continued partnership, generosity, and belief in our
mission. Together, we are creating lasting, positive change—and transforming lives every step of the way.

With heartfelt appreciation,

Matthew Fasciano
President & CEO

Impact Across the U.S. and Beyond

We're making an impact across the U.S. and beyond! Check out the diverse range of partners we supported in 2024 and the amount of product they received.

Delivering Good partners with more than 800 local nonprofit groups across the US and beyond. Our Community Partners are key to ensuring the new products we provide get to the people who need them most. Through them, we are providing support for families living in poverty, men and women reentering the workplace, children in foster care, homeless individuals, those impacted by disaster and humanitarian crisis, and more.

Voices From Our Community

Delivering Dignity with Bombas

Community Partner, the Candance Way Out Foundation, which exists to raise awareness and provide temporary safe haven/shelter or home for victims who are experiencing domestic or sexual abuse, received a donation of new Bombas socks that were distributed to some of the children and families they serve who are dealing with homelessness. Their story shows how the products we provide are more than just things for the people who receive them. Because the merchandise we distribute is new, we’re giving recipients a sense of dignity and pride as well.

“When we arrive at one of our homeless shelters, the kids cheer when they see we have Bombas socks. They jump up and down and can’t wait to get them. When we tell them they can have more than one pair they can’t believe it. They report they are “perfect socks” and “all the “regular kids” at school have them”. That they feel 'normal' always pulls at the heart.”

Thank you to the Candace Way Out Foundation for your partnership for making such an incredible impact with the products you receive from Delivering Good.

Warmth When It Matters Most

For families across Virginia and North Carolina, winter can be especially difficult when basic necessities are out of reach. Thanks to Burlington’s generous coat donation and our longstanding partnership with Transforming Lives & Restoring Hope, Inc. (TLRH), hundreds of individuals were able to face the cold with warmth, comfort, and renewed hope.

Through this collaboration, 837 new coats—donated by Burlington in 2024—were distributed to children, families, and individuals experiencing financial hardship. Working alongside trusted community partners, TLRH ensured coats reached those who needed them most, including students in underserved schools, low-income families, and individuals experiencing homelessness. One grandmother shared, “Thank you for the coats for my grandchildren. You are such a blessing to them.”

This is the power of partnership—when brands, nonprofits, and community leaders come together to meet an essential need with compassion and dignity.

Disaster Relief

Hope After the Storm

Nearly three months after Hurricane Helene tore through Western North Carolina, signs of devastation remain—washed-out bridges, damaged homes, and neighborhoods still waiting to recover. But in Asheville, hope and holiday spirit filled the Harrah’s Cherokee Center, transformed by the Dream Center in partnership with World Vision into a place of warmth and care.

Nearly 4,700 people lined up to receive essential clothing, books, and toys—many for families still struggling in freezing winter conditions. Inside, hot chocolate, falling snow, and moments of joy offered a welcome break from the hardship outside.

Thanks to the generosity of corporate donors and partners, families were reminded they had not been forgotten. These goods delivered more than essentials—they delivered comfort, dignity, and the reassurance that support continues long after the storm has passed.

Consumer Engagement

Madewell partnered with Delivering Good for a cause marketing campaign from November 29 – December 24, 2024, to make a significant impact during the holiday season on thousands of lives. The initiative paired a buy one, give one denim program with an opportunity for customers to add a donation at check out.

Through this partnership, Madewell generated more than $100,000 in customer round-up donations and provided 5,000 pairs of jeans to people in need, supporting Delivering Good’s mission to provide essential new goods to individuals and families facing hardships.

The campaign raised awareness for Delivering Good, engaging Madewell’s community and making a tangible difference in the lives of many. It included in-store signage and messaging on the checkout PIN pad to inform customers, along with social posts, a dedicated email, and a website landing page to further amplify the message online.

By combining product sales with a give-back model, the partnership provided critical support for those in need while strengthening the connection between Madewell’s brand values and their customers’ desire to contribute to social causes.

Industry Support

In 2024, JPMA Cares, the charitable arm of the Juvenile Products Manufacturing Association now called the Baby Safety Foundation, proudly chose Delivering Good as their charity of choice again. This collaboration has helped pave the way for an influx of much-needed donations, including children’s clothing, strollers, car seats, and toys. Additionally, it will broaden awareness of our mission and the advantages that partnership with Delivering Good can bring.

Building Awareness

In 2024, we again partnered with Burlington for the Burlington Coat Event. This year, Burlington donated a new coat for every coat purchased (up to 50,000 new coats) benefitting communities across the country when it was most needed. This partnership is aligned with our core focus to bring new merchandise to people in need. Thank you to our generous partner, Burlington, for donating nearly 50,000 new coats for communities in need in 2024!

Product Donors

Delivering Good is only able to provide support and relief for people dealing with an array of social and disaster-related issues because of the generosity of our product donors who choose to donate their excess merchandise instead of discarding or destroying it. Because we sit at the crossroads of social impact and environmental sustainability, Delivering Good provides companies with a responsible way to deal with their excess that has tremendous social impact.

In 2024 our brand partners donated more than 10 million units of new merchandise valued at $133 million. This generosity helped keep children warm with new winter coats, helped individuals reentering the workplace present themselves professionally, ensured underserved children had new school supplies, provided clean socks and underwear for victims of natural disasters, and much, much more.

Fueling Our Work

Delivering Good receives financial support from a wide range of individuals, foundations, and companies whose generosity makes it possible for us to impact so many families and individuals in need.

Financials

Our eye on efficiency ensures that an incredible 99%+ of every dollar donated goes directly to helping connect excess new merchandise with families and individuals in need. The incredible efficiency of our operations makes Delivering Good the charity of choice for those who want to make the maximum impact with their giving.
