Quentin Pell is the founder of Q5 Advisory, a Research-Triangle based consulting firm that provides strategic guidance to small and mid-sized businesses, specializing in comprehensive risk management services, customized sustainability solutions, and transformative executive development. Q5 Advisory envisions a future where businesses of all sizes embrace sustainability innovation as a core component of their operations. 

Quentin has over twenty years of experience in the luxury retail and real estate investment trust (REIT) sectors, where he has held significant senior executive roles overseeing enterprise risk management, corporate public relations, and sustainability.  

Throughout his career, Quentin has worked at the confluence of strategic corporate goals and public communications, CEO succession planning and implementation, crisis management, brand management, corporate communications, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity. 

He actively engages with various industry organizations, including the National Association of Corporate Directors and the University of Southern California Retailing Executive Advisory Board. Quentin also serves on the board of Delivering Good and is a Nominating and Governance Committee member. 

Quentin holds a Master of Business Administration from the Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Southern Methodist University as well.
