Jordon Parker
Jordon Parker is a VP at Hilco Streambank, where he advises companies and lenders on intellectual property matters and develops and executes intellectual property monetization processes. Jordon has provided intellectual property advisory services to retailers, high fashion brands, software and high-technology companies, and more. He has advised in high-profile bankruptcy matters including Bed Bath & Beyond, Shift Technologies, rue21, SmileDirect Club, Hale & Hearty, Packable, BH Cosmetics, Johnson Publishing (Ebony), and more.
Jordon is a founding member and co-chair of both the Hilco Global Pride Business Resource Group and NextGen Business Resource Group. He is a committee member of the Turnaround Management Association’s NYC Chapter and is a board member of the LGBTQ+ restructuring group workOUT.
Prior to joining Hilco Streambank, Jordon served as corporate counsel to a New York-based fintech company. He received his B.A. in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Denver and his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he earned a concentration in intellectual property and served as the Senior Notes Editor for the Journal of International and Comparative Law.
In his free time, Jordon enjoys traveling with his partner and his dog, skiing, golfing, cycling, and reading fantasy and Sci-Fi novels.
